It was a mixed week for our Bloods Family this week.

Unfortunately our Reserves, Seniors and Netballers didn’t get the 4 points on Anzac Day, but to their credit each side never gave up against a dominant Berwick. Luckily our Vets had a bye and were able to help fill in our Reserves side (thanks guys!).

It’s not all bad news though – our Women’s team played their first ever match and got the win over Thornton Eildon on Saturday!

THURSDAY TRAINING – 2.5.19

Our Thursday Night Specialists are cooking up a storm this week, bringing back the old favorite of Bangers & Mash (with a side of veggies and onion gravy). $10 a plate – delicious!

Our special guest this week is Les King of YV Financial Services, who is going to talk about the importance of insurance (including income protection) both on and off the field. Les’ talk will begin at 6.30pm (before training) so please make sure you’re there in time.

Our teams are all over the place this week:

Seniors / Reserves / Netball – play Olinda @ Olinda. Our U/17s kick off the day at 10.30am and our Reserves take the field at 12pm Women’s – play Belgrave @ Belgrave. Kick off is at 5.30pm Vets – play Gembrook @ Healesville. Kick off is at 6pm IPOD SHUFFLE – SATURDAY 4 MAY 2019

If you haven’t already bought your song for the iPod Shuffle, it’s not too late. You can nominate and purchase your song at training on Thursday night – just see Dean or Beck.

ROCHFORD CAR PARKING – SUNDAY 12 MAY 2019

We have an opportunity to raise some extra funds for the Club and all it takes is 2 hours of your time.

We need 4-6 volunteers per shift to help with car parking at Rochford for their Mother’s Day event.

The shifts are:

10am – 12pm
12pm – 2pm
2pm – 4pm
